You book online, choose your load size and pickup time. We collect your laundry, wash/dry/iron it according to your order, and return it within 24–48 hours.

• Weekend bookings (Fri–Sun): Delivered within 24-48 hours

You can pay securely online using card (via Stripe or PayPal) during booking. You can also scan a QR code at pickup if you choose offline payment.

Absolutely. During booking, you can leave a note for special requests like fragrance-free detergent, steam finish, or how you’d like your clothes folded.

No problem! You can leave instructions (e.g. leave with neighbour, in a safe place) when booking. You’ll receive updates and photo proof (on request).
